New tenant for Network Perlach

In September new life moves into Network Perlach in Unterhachinger Straße 75. STIWA Asset Management GmbH Chartered Surveyors closed two rental agreements with Air-Wolf GmbH, a successful company for washing room and hygiene technique. For the Munich based company Network Perlach provides the ideal renting space, because it can co-ordinate administration and storage on one site. From September 2011 on the hygiene specialist hires 750 sq office spaces on the second floor. The storage space rented additionally with 1.850 sq is on the ground floor. The office building in Munich Ramersdorf-Perlach dates back to 2001 and was primarily planned as craft yards.
