The Urban Land Institute, which is organized and controlled by its members, meanwhile counts already 22,000 members in 52 countries.

ULI is a forum for top decision makers in the Real Estate branch. At ULI new contacts are made and reinforced through a wide range of networking – with special focus set on the international market and the transnational exchange of Know-how. In Germany alone, already more than 200 top line Managers and decision makers from the real estate sectors, from townships, science, and the media field interconnected under ULI and are engaged, among others, in the education and professional development of junior employees from the economic and real estate sector.
