In 1993 several research groups were founded by immoebs, an Association of former graduates of the Post Graduate study course of the contact studies for Real estate Managers at the European Business School, among others also the Munich  research group.

Since 1994 Carl O. Stinglwagner has been in charge of the management for this research group. Through the integration of the thress associations as well as through contributions by the many visitors and guests and other interested and supportive people, a large platform for Real Estate professionals could be created.
