STIWA has always been committed to art. Therefore STIWA Art will intensify its interest and pass it on to clients and friends. In line with our STIWA Art programmes we introduce artists, whose art work is related to architecture. We contact artists for you and advice you on artwork for your property. STIWA functions as an interface between real estate investors and artists.

Our aim is to establish an understanding for real estate properties and architecture. Art related to real estate should reflect the effect of architecture – the exterior is mirrored in the interior.

STIWA Art offers services such as contacting artists, consulting as well as for the creation and development of artistic concepts. Focal points are development of colour schemes, photography and high-quality prints as well as individual mural. In our first project the artist Hubertus Reichert from Munich was introduced, whose work has been successfully shown in many exhibitions.
